29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. On or about October 13, 2020 at 7600 Dr. Phillips Blvd. #96 in Orlando, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on October 14, 2020 at approximately 11:59 AM. The employer notified OSHA on October 20, 2020 at 11:25 AM of the in-patient hospitalization.
