29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a. On or about 3:00 PM on October 9, 2020, at 958 Vine Ridge Run, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32714, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized at 6:00 pm of October 9, 2020. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization at about 7:00 PM of October 9, 2020. The employer notified OSHA on October 12, 2020 at 11:41 AM of the in-patient hospitalization.
