29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a) Jos� Luis Barcenas Flores, at a jobsite located at Lot 13489, Newark, Ohio 43055: On and/or preceding October 21, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees who used extension cords were protected from electrical contact hazards. Framers were using an extension cord with the ground prong missing from the male end of a cord, which exposed the employees to a 123 volt electrical contact hazard.
