1910.266(i)(5)(iv): The employer did not ensure that each current and new employee could properly and safely perform the work tasks and operate the tools, equipment, machines, and vehicles used in their job: a) On or about October 15, 2020 at the intersection of Haggler Coaling Road and Davis Drive in Cottondale, Alabama, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards when the employer did not ensure an employee could safely remove an oak tree with the tools, equipment, machines and vehicles provided to the employee.
