29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: On or about October 9, 2020, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 3333 2ND St SW, Massillon, Ohio 44646 the employer did not ensure employees working on a Low Slope roof were protected from a fall of approximately 14.9 feet by utilizing a fall protection system by providing fall protection training or fall hazard recognition.
