29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: On or about October 01, 2020 the hand fed table saw did not have kickback finger or dogs to prevent wood kickbacks during rip cuts. Kalahari Manufacturing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1332436, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-03-2018, with respect to a workplace located at 171 Progressive Drive in Lake Delton, WI.
