29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards: a. At the Kiln area; On or about October 2, 2020, the employer exposed employees to struck and crushed-by hazards, in that a Spotter employee and hand held radio communications were not utilized by employees while performing the pushing and pulling of kiln carts with mobile equipment operations.
