29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws. By the VT1 main crusher: On or about 10/06/2020, adequate strain relief was not provided on electrical connections at various points of the main crusher. Electrical tape was used in some of the connections while others the had the inner sheaths exposed, thus exposing employees who frequent the area to electrical hazards should the wiring be damaged or ripped out.
