29 CFR 1910.157(d)(4): Portable fire extinguishers for use on Class B fires were not distributed so that the travel distance from the Class B hazard area to any extinguisher is 50 feet or less: Employees were exposed to fire hazards. Ottawa Cooperative Association's truck drivers were exposed to fire hazards. Portable fire extinguishers for use in Class B Fires were located approximately 78 feet away from a 2,000-gallon diesel tank used by the company's drivers.
