29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (A)Suite D : The employer did not ensure that procedures were utilized when employees, such as, but not limited to, Pharmaceuticals Techs, Filling Room Operators and Mechanics, assembled, disassembled, adjusted and sanitized the Suite D filling machine, on or about 10/5/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
