29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: On or about September 22, 2020, at jobsite located at 414 S Cedar St, Hillsboro KS, the employer did not ensured that wheel chocks were placed under the truck's wheels to prevent movement, this condition exposed employee to struck-by and crushing hazards.
