29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof. On or about September 18, 2020, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard when they were not safely positioned while working on the way oiler line on the Johnson DMC Series moving table bridge mill.
