29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. On or about September 18, 2020, and at times prior, employees working in the Deck Cleaning Area of the Foam Press Conveyor Line were not protected from burn injuries to their arms while cleaning out heated molds as they were not utilizing protective equipment to prevent burns to their arms.
