29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: a) Jobsite - 2024 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not make a determination that the elevator car where employees had to work had the strength and structural integrity to support the employees safely thus exposing the employee to fall, struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. An employee working atop an elevator car suffered severe injuries after the elevator car he was dismantling broke free of its rigging fell 100 feet. Observed on or about 06 AUG 2020.
