29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A):Retraining was not provided for authorized and affected employees when there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that presented a new hazard, or when there was a change in the energy control procedures: (a) Production Area, Line 5, WCB 603 Cone Wrapper: The employer failed to provide training to maintenance employees on the site specific energy control procedures and the lockout/tagout program when there was a change to the procedure, on or about 9/11/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
