29 CFR 1926.1424(b): Where any part of a crane/derrick is within the working radius of another crane/derrick, the controlling entity did not institute a system to coordinate operations. On or about September 16, 2020, the employer "controlling entity" had not instituted a system to coordinate the operations of two cranes working within the radius of each other, exposing workers to the hazard of being struck-by falling debris or materials.
