1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person : a) 1004 Liberty Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia: On or about September 11, 2020, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that frequent and regular inspections of job sites, materials and equipment were not conducted to ensure employee compliance with the employer�s safety policies and procedures when operating equipment including, but not limited to, a Mack Trucks, Inc. concrete mixing truck (model GU813, serial number 1M2AX13C2EM02559) equipped with Theam USA conveyor (model 42S-SL).
