29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. 116 Lehigh Drive Fairfield, NJ, 07004 On or about 9/10/2020, employees engaged in demolition activities, to include torch cutting and debris removal, while removing concrete wall panels and other interior structures. The employer did not ensure that all employees received training to recognize and prevent hazards associated with performing demolition work.
