29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(i): The employer did not provide safe means of access for each employee erecting or dismantling a scaffold: On or about September 10, 2020 at the jobsite located at 777 Avenue Y Bushton, Kansas, the employer failed to ensure that a safe means of access was provided to an employee engaged in scaffolding erection activities, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 27 feet. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
