29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about August 22, 2020 at AdventHealth Children's Hospital, 601 East Rollins Street, Orlando, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on August 22, 2020 at around 6 P.M. The employer notified OSHA on August 25, 2020 at 01:42 P.M. of the in-patient hospitalization. The Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1420953, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 601 East Rollins Street, Orlando, FL 32803.
