29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location: a) 2 story building; adjacent to building labeled R109. a) On or about 09/03/2020, an employee walked on a roof to perform patching of holes and the roof was not inspected by a competent person. An employee fell approximately 25 ft. through the roof to the interior of the building.
