29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces that could not be corrected or repaired immediately, were not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired: a) Qdoba Mexican Eats, store 2606, front counter/register area - On or about August 24, 2020, when water from an ongoing HVAC leak was released on the counter and floor, the employer did not ensure the area was guarded to prevent employees from walking on the hazardous floor area.
