29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about August 27, 2020, during the installation of roofing material at the job site located at 1570 Hawthorn Ct. N. Canton OH 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a single family home were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing roofing material. The Roofing Specialties LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.102(A)(1) Eye and face protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1457473, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/16/20), with respect to a workplace located at Cottage Grove And Skyview Rd, Green, OH 44232.
