29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): Accident prevention responsibilities. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about August 19, 2020, for the 229 Woodland Sky Drive, Pataskala, Ohio worksite: the employer failed to initiate, implement and maintain a safety and health programs necessary to comply with this part for roofing installation work in the residential construction industry such as personal protective equipment and fall protection programs. Angel Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460891, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 9, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 6922 Duke Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
