29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to rollover hazards while operating mower equipment: On or about August 19, 2020, an employee was exposed to rollover hazards while operating a zero turn Exmark LZX 940 EK C606W0 riding lawn mower without the roll bar in the raised and locked position on a 30-degree slope. The lawnmower over turned on the slope which resulted in a fatality accident.
