29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area. a) Quality Lab - On or about August 17, 2020, and at times prior, Employees, who work Silver Nitrate and Sulfuric Acid, were not protected from health hazards associated with corrosive and/or flammable chemicals. The employer failed to provide effective information and training to employees prior to their initial assignment.
