29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: (a)K & E Construction LLC at 121 East Chapelwood Drive, Brandon, SD 57005: On or about and at times prior to August, 12 2020, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee that was installing roofing materials using a pneumatic nail gun was protected from flying particles by the use of appropriate eye protection. This condition exposed employees to projectile hazards.
