29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) PID, LLC dba Presque Isle Downs & Casino, Receiving area, on or about August 12th, 2020 and times prior thereto: Items including, but not limited to, a pallet, multiple fluorescent lamps, cardboard boxes, and a scale were stored directly in front of 208Y/120V 3 phase electrical panel boxes. The employer did not ensure the area in front of the electrical panel boxes were kept clear for access.
