29 CFR 1910.266(f)(1)(ii):Defected or damaged machines were not repaired or the unserviceable machine was not replaced before work commenced. a) Intersection of John Davenport and Division Street: On or about 8/11/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught in hazards in that the Bandit Model 200 hand-fed wood chipper was missing one of the last chance safety cables and was not repaired or replaced prior to conducting tree clearing and wood chipping operations.
