29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about September 9, 2020, the employer failed to ensure written lockout/tagout procedures were developed for all table saws in the door department, including but not limited to PowerMatic Table Saw, Model Number 66-TA, Serial Number 03070661326 and PowerMatic Table Saw, Model Number 66, Serial Number 65-416. Employees change blades on the table saws by only pulling the knife switch on the disconnect panel.
