29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Webster Industries, Inc. - Tiffin, Ohio: On or about July 30, 2020, the employer did not develop, document, and utilize energy control procedures for the Milko-7 milling machine (#12-463). Employees that set-up, clean, and change cutting inserts were exposed to injury in that energy control was not utilized for the servicing and maintenance tasks.
