29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) Haven Manor Health Care Center, LLC, 1441 Gateway Boulevard, Far Rockaway, New York: On or about April 8, 2020 and after, the employer did not provide fit tests for employees such as, but not limited to, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who were required to wear N95 respirators when providing direct care to confirmed or suspected COVID-19 residents.
