29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: (a) Angel Econ-O E-500 Pie Press - the press head was not adequately guarded, exposing employees to crushing and amputation hazards; observed on or about 09/16/2020. The Father's Table, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1181942, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2100 Country Club Road, Sanford, FL 32771.
