29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): Employee(s) in a hoist area were not protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system, a personal fall arrest system, or a travel restraint system: a) Second floor, center of warehouse, south side, on or about 7-24-20: Two employees were using an elevated access opening (hoist area) for transfer of furniture, stock, etc. between the first and second floors, without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 11 inches.
