29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: On or about July 24, 2020, at 4200 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to electrical shock/electrocution hazard when using conductive material such as pieces of wood inside an underground electrical vault that contained an electrical cable energized with 480volts/600 amps.
