29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Carework Construction LLC, as successor to Carework Construction LLC, and Jose Gabriel Sucuzhany does not ensure that employees use adequate fall protection when working at elevated heights.. This violation was most recently observed at 451 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ, at instance (a): Employees engaged in carpentry activities were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet to an open trench as a means of fall protection had not been utilized, on or about 7/22/2020. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees performing roofing activities re protected from fall hazards and that no employee is allowed to be exposed to fall hazards without utilizing adequate fall protection.
