29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On July 21, 2020, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 50 feet, in that a portion of the guardrail system was not installed along all open sides of the scaffold.
