29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used for the purpose for which they were designed. a) Building Exterior-Back: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet to the ground level, while climbing an extension ladder which the top of non-self-supports were placed so that both side rails were supported, on or about 7/14/20.
