29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) Tank Wash Area - On or about July 8, 2020, employees required to use hot steam through a pressurized steam line were not required to wear personal protective equipment to protect against accidental contact with steam, thereby exposing employees to thermal burns.
