29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: (a) Worksite was located at 237 Brooklake Road, Florham Park, NJ 07932 Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as they were working with a Werner 32 foot aluminum extension ladder within 10 feet of uninsulated 12.5 kV system phase to phase primary lines where each line was carrying 7.2 kV which were not deengergized. Violation occurred on or about July 9, 2020
