29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) Book Binding Facility, Production Floor: On or about 7/08/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the Seybold book and paper cutting machine was not guarded at the point of operation. Employees use the machine to cut books and paper materials.
