Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 06/30/2020, at 3000 Coral Hills Dr., Coral Springs, Florida, landscaping employees were exposed to a fire/explosion hazard while working near plastic gasoline containers left on the floor of the storage trailer, next to mowing equipment with hot surfaces.
