29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided whenever hazards capable of causing injury or impairment were encountered: A) M.L.S. Builders, LLC, conducting work at 19 Winfield Manor Court, Perrysburg, OH 43551: On or about July 1, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were using appropriate eye protection such as, but not limited to, safety glasses while conducting construction work with equipment such as, but not limited to, pneumatic nail guns. Employees were exposed to the hazards of eye injury from flying objects.
