29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Clarence M. Brigner III, at a jobsite located at Shelter Cove Drive Lot 180, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On and/or preceding July 1, 2020, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety and health program such as but not limited to a personal protective equipment program and a fall protection program for employees conducting framing work. Clarence M. Brigner III was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388938, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6806 Hidden Creek Loop lot 1130, Galena, OH 43021. Clarence M.
