29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator or annually refitted: a) Corizon Health at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility located at 7901 State Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: On or about June 26, 2020, the employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear 3M Model 1810 N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 virus while conducting COVID-19 testing on inmates.
