29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: (a) On or about 07/08/2020 - Engine Room, employees were exposed to slipping hazards due to standing water mixed with oil on the floor. (b) On or about 07/08/2020 - Dock Area, employees were exposed to chemical hazards due to two (2) Wilden pumps leaking Ecolab AC-55-5 Red and Exelerate CIP.
