29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about June 25, 2020 at South Goldenrod & Cargo Road, Orlando, FL, employees were exposed to the hazard of drowning, in that, employees were not provided with training on the hazards associated with working in and around water, the proper use and limitations of waders, or the personal protective equipment and life safety devices required by the company when employees worked near water.
