29 CFR 1928.51(b)(2)(i)(B): Where ROPS were required by this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee tightened the seatbelt sufficiently to confine the employee to the protected area provided by the ROPS: a)1081 County Route 1, Pine Island, NY- On or about June 18, 2020, an employee while conducting mowing operations was not wearing his seatbelt and fell from the operators platform of John Deer farm tractor and injured his left hand on the mower deck.
