29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. Outside of Plant Seven at the Northeast corner Rack 8 the employer stored three portable LP gas cylinders outside of their enclosure rack, they were not in an enclosure and not protected against tampering, exposing employees to fire, struck-by or other hazards.
