29 CFR 1926.858(d): Any structural member being dismembered shall not be overstressed.: Phillip Sporn Plant, Building #14: On June 15, 2020, employees cut three structural columns on the east side of the second floor in preparation of the buildings demolition. The two remaining west side columns became overstressed by the weight of the building and prematurely collapsed.
